- 1 cucumber (seeded with a spoon, and chopped into chunks)
- A handful of blackberries
- A handful of chopped fresh mint
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- Add mint, cucumber, berries and yogurt into a blender, process until smooth and enjoy!
